General Terms and Conditions

Our information, products and services displayed on the this  website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. MgsWorlds website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.

Products : 
Delivered to the recipient will be generally as per the description of the article and as per the picture chosen by the customer. There may be little variations in appearance and colors specially in the goods like Flush drive and GPS.

The non-perishable articles may also have variations. The customer agrees to the variations and understands the nature of the variations and allows us to deliver a product which is similar to the product picture exhibited on the web-site.
All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of MgsWorlds is neither responsible nor liable in any way or manner for this.

Product Unavailability : 
We always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, a similar product nearest to the description of that ordered, will be delivered. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer (query designer: within 6  hours), we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered.

Non-Refund for Order Executed Perishable Items :
Refurbished item like Navigator and / Flush Drive, once attempted for delivery is treated as order executed and will not be eligible for refund. These items are made/procured on the order of the customer, no refund at all.

Order Cancellation :

In every case that a customer wants to cancel an order, 15% of the order amount will be charged towards Processing, shipping & other expenses. Customers must contact the Customer Service Cell at MgsWorlds to cancel an order. If the product has not yet been dispatched, MgsWorlds .com, at its sole discretion, may cancel the order subject to its return policy.

Payments:

All prices are in US Dollars. Payments will be accepted in US Dollars and charged to the credit card (or paypal/cash) in US Dollars.

Incase of high value order that is above $100, we require the credit card back and front fax to us. This process is to ensure security in the account.

Accuracy of information and intent of making payment:

The customer promises that the information provided to MgsWorlds are true, current, correct and accurate including credit card numbers and addresses. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of the account and credit cards or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Brands, Trade marks and logos: 

MgsWorlds is a service organization engaged in the delivery of goods and services. We do not claim any right or representation of any of the brands. All brands belong to the respective owners. All brands are displayed in the catalog to add variety to the content and allow the customer a wider choice in the selection of items. Each manufacturer holds the sole responsibility for the quality and performance of its respective branded products.

Indemnification:

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold MgsWorlds and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by them or your authorized users of your account.

The customer also agrees to defend, indemnify and hold MgsWorlds and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, in connection with the use of the Service or the placement or transmission of any message or information or other materials by you or authorized users of the account
MgsWorlds may modify this Agreement from time to time by changing the above terms and condition. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer will be the ones that were prevailing on the day and time you placed your orders.

We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER after shipping.
We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address if that is the address given to us by the customer.
We are not responsible for late deliveries incase the recipient is not at the address.
We do not guarantee proper memory space in flush drive if the recipient is not able to operate it properly. Operation and update of the product is totally customer's responsibility, MgsWorlds has no resposibility (except in case of wiilingness) for that.
